Return Policy

1. Conditions of return

Customer needs to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the item right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following circumstances:

• Goods of the right type, code in the order ordered or as on the website at the time of ordering.
• Not enough quantities, not enough sets as in the order.
• External conditions are affected, such as packaging rupture, cracks, tanks...

The customer is responsible for submitting the relevant documentation proving the above defects in order to complete the return / exchange of goods.

2. Regulations on notification time and shipping of returns

• Return notice time: within 48 hours of receipt of the product in case of product lack of accessories, gifts or broken tanks.
• Delivery time: within 14 days of receipt of the product.
• Place of return: Customers can take the goods directly to our office/store or transfer them by post.
